Cleaver Cutting Board Router Template

This WoodRiver® Router Template allows you to create a two-piece cleaver style cutting board. Use similar wood species, or give your cutting board a striking contrast by making the handle and body out of contrasting materials. Use either double-sided tape, or clamp in place using WoodRiver® Track Clamps (163683) to create a safe and repeatable method of cutting this profile using a plunge router, 3/8" guide bushing, and a 1/4" straight bit (all three sold separately). The juice groove requires a 5/8" guide bushing and a 1/2" ball nose bit (also sold separately).

• Use to make a cleaver style cutting board or charcuterie board
• Template machined from 5/16"-thick clear acrylic with two clamping slots
• Profile using a 3/8" guide bushing and 1/4" straight router bit while cutting the juice groove with a 5/8" guide bushing and a 1/2" ball nose bit (sold separately)
